Mollydooker is a new exclusive wine feature at Lot 88. We believe a night out should feel like an experience, not just a reservation. This private Lava Stone Society evening in Orillia celebrated bold Australian wine, the famous Mollydooker Shake, and one more reason to visit Lot 88.

It also gave members an early taste of what is coming with Orillia’s upcoming don’t tell mum nights: wine, wine-based cocktails, and an exclusive appetizer menu built for a more social Lot 88 evening.

Shake It Before
You Pour It.

Mollydooker reds come with their own ritual. The Shake helps open the wine before the pour, turning the bottle into part of the experience. It is now part of the Lot 88 wine offering, and one more reason to make your next night out at Lot 88 feel a little less ordinary.

  1. 01Pour a littleMake room in the bottle before shaking.
  2. 02Cap itPut the cap back on nice and tight.
  3. 03Shake itTurn the bottle end over end a few times.
  4. 04Open and pourRelease the nitrogen, then taste the difference.
